Virtual school
Partnership with Rural Virtual Academy includes access to a comprehensive virtual school solution where students stay in your district! Shared students can take classes in the building, participate in sports & clubs, and high school students are required to meet local district graduation requirements.
Student Events
RVA’s District Connect team plans a variety of free events for brick & mortar students to get out of the building and interact with students from other districts.
Professional Development
RVA’s District Connect team coordinates a variety of opportunities for partner districts to attend both in-person and virtual professional development. Partner districts are consulted in the selection of topics to assure relevant content.
low-cost digital curriculum
Each year, RVA provides more than 5,000 students with digital curriculum through the virtual school and brick & mortar students in partner districts. Because of this, savings from bulk pricing can be passed on to partner districts.
Instructional Services
RVA works with partner districts to determine areas of need within brick & mortar districts. As a result of these conversations, RVA provides live and independent course oversight for brick & mortar students. RVA also provides enrichment programming through Kaleidoscope Kids and EL instruction through Language League.
